Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products or services sold through our website.


Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or if there is a size change request. Please note that size exchanges will only be accepted with a clear photo or video showing the issue.

  • Exchange request must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the package.

If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please send us an email at Vritika.jaipur@gmail.com and send the product to the address we provide.

  • Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged if a clear video showing the defect is provided while opening the order.

Exchanges can be processed within 2 working days after receiving your parcel. Customized orders may take 5-7 working days for processing.


Shipping Costs for Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and for the replacement item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
